Seing what's written in the event when the Grand Dragon spawns, I think it was intended to destroy the colony. But because it spawned while colonizing, it just destroyed the starport (which is now at full health again) and a mining station, and is now just hovering above my colony. Suggestion. Dragon's Hoard's value was made back in the day of Tile Economics. As such, 30 energy and 30 minerals was VERY large back then, up to nearly half a normal sized planet's total output!
