I would recommend Rosh for EORs and Uworld for final PANCE review. Uworld has longer questions better for building time management compared to Rosh IMO. No matter which one you use, both are great study tools for PANCE alone or together! I liked having Uworld to get some fresh questions after using Rosh for all of clinical year. FM is a lot of screening and preventative care (know vaccines, age of screening, etc) but it definitely helps to have IM before. That’s the order of rotations I had and it helped out a ton.
