First, make sure your ReShade version is up to date. Take note that any third party software, like MSI Afterburner / RivaTuner, can conflict with ReShade, so try to disable them. Should do as gshade is just a modified version of reshade. Though gshade does use a slightly outdated version of reshade, but none of these adjustments should use the new features. I think reshade also conflicts with some other gw2 addons while gshade doesn't, so that might be a good reason to go with gshadeLucinellia.
