I think my station had a 4% favorable rating for pay, and around 30% for the retention question, which probably isn't that different from the rest of the company. I'm actually fair on the SFA, and if I have a decent manager, they get a good score.

If people have a bad service experience with UPS they'll go to Fedex till they have a bad service experience from them. FedEx fights/disputes nearly all injuries. Not sure what state you work in so I don't know the regs that govern workers comp there. In my state, which I won't identify, medical coverage is there for your injuries, but since you aren't "employees" (ha-ha) you have no medical coverage unless it's purchased or offered through your contractor.
